Data deletion
You can delete the data we hold at any time. Here is exactly how, and what gets removed.
How to request deletion
- From Facebook or Instagram: open Settings → Apps and Websites, find AdPilot, and choose Remove. Facebook notifies us automatically and we erase the data obtained through it, then show a confirmation code on this page.
- From your AdPilot dashboard: go to Settings and disconnect the Meta or Google account to remove its tokens and linked data, or delete your whole account to erase everything.
- By email: write to ads@zanii.agency from your account address and we will process it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Access tokens for Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads.
- Ad-account links, Page connections and Instagram links.
- Lead-form submissions we stored on your behalf.
- Campaign drafts, performance snapshots and AI analyses tied to your account.
Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by UAE law. Deleting data here does not delete campaigns inside your own Google Ads or Meta Ads account, which stay under your control.
